Aspen created Disco Lemonade as the pastry party she wanted to go to but couldn’t find.

After 15 years working in food, she’d developed a bit of an obsession with exceptionally good ingredients, sustainable sourcing and the perfect cream-to-crust ratio. But she wanted to do something a little less worthy and a lot more fun.

Inspired by the decadence of 70s pastry parties, she imagined a world of outrageous desserts, loud music, late nights and absolutely no preaching about provenance.

And so Disco Lemonade was born. A bakery that takes its ingredients seriously, but not itself.

Expect butter, booze, disco energy and a healthy dose of debauchery.
